Welcome to CaseMind, a product of Digital Cyberworld LTD. By accessing or using our AI courtroom simulator and legal research platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CaseMind is a technological tool designed for research, simulation, and educational purposes only. CaseMind is not a law firm, and the AI agents (including the "AI Judge" and "Opposing Counsel") are not licensed attorneys. The outputs, rulings, and simulated arguments generated by CaseMind do not constitute official legal advice, nor do they create an attorney-client relationship. You must independently verify all citations, statutes, and case law (including references to the Evidence Act of 2011 or the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria) before presenting them in any actual court of law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Digital Cyberworld LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of a legal case, or reputational damage resulting from your reliance on the CaseMind platform. You assume full professional responsibility for the legal arguments you submit to any court or tribunal.
We are committed to protecting your confidential data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Briefs and evidence uploaded to the platform are encrypted. Digital Cyberworld LTD guarantees that your private uploads will not be used to train public, third-party AI models without explicit, opt-in consent.
You agree not to use CaseMind to generate fraudulent legal documents, harass individuals, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture or web scraping algorithms.
